Benefits & Perks:
- Fulltime position
- $100,000 per annum plus super ( $1923 / week before tax )
- Hourly rate first 38 hours = $40.00 / hour
- 7 hours overtime = $60.00 / hour
- 45 hours ( happy to discuss in more detail depending on travel from home town base , start later on Monday or finish earlier on Friday )

About You:
- Understand Steel ( factory floor ) 80% of this role requires managing the team on the factory floor , so understanding steel is paramount to this role, having welding experience , CNC machinery experience would be a further bonus , forklift license is needed
- Computer - ( office ) 20% of this job requires finalizing CNC nests that have been created by our Nesting software - Kinetic Primecut NE , need to be computer literate and ready to learn a new system

- Measure Downtime - having the machines running 11 hours / 5 days a week is our goal , down time is what we measure in this instance
About the Role:
As the Operations / Production manager , you manage the key responsibilities of the Factory team . You lead the execution of strong and accurate processes to support the company's growth. You will be responsible for:
- CNC programming in the office ( 20% )
- Organizing the factory team ( 80% )
- Meeting deadlines
- Oversea dispatch
- Job sheets
- General everyday Operations
- Procurement
- Organizing freight and speaking with customers and freight forwarders
- Remnants measuring and stock control and stocktake
- Ordering consumables and gas
- Quality of parts
- Safety
- Maintenance of machines and speaking to Technicians
- Inventory and stock parts
- Oversea factory and yard tidiness
