The role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the EastCoast HR Group as a HR Administrator. In this key role, you will provide high-level administrative and support to our Senior HR Consultants. Your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail will be essential in supporting our Senior HR Consultants deliver outstanding human resource solutions to our diverse range of clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to our Senior HR Consultants, including scheduling meetings and managing diaries
  • Assist in the preparation of HR related reports, including presentations, employment agreements, workplace investigation reports and client proposals
  • Manage and coordinate the Senior HR Consultants workflow, ensuring deadlines are adhered to and service delivery to clients is maintained at a high standard
  • Provide additional administrative support to EastCoast HR Group's recruitment consultants

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience (3-5 years) as a HR Administrator in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Proactive with a passion for delivering outstanding, professional service to clients
