Description
What You'll Be Doing:Sales & Administrative Support

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Team and Business Units

Assist in managing customer inquiries, orders, and account details

Maintain and update CRM databases (SAP/Dynamics) to ensure accurate records

Support sales meetings by preparing materials, taking minutes, and organizing follow-ups

Assist in qualifying sales leads and managing the sales pipeline
Data Management & Reporting

Maintain customer records, reports, and dashboards in SAP/Dynamics
-
Conduct data cleanses and audits to ensure up-to-date information
-
Assist with compiling reports and insights for the sales team
Marketing & Customer Engagement

Assist in sales and marketing campaigns by identifying potential contacts

Research and update key client information for targeted outreach
-
Support promotional activities, including trade events and product demos

Coordinate courier/freight forwarding for sales & marketing materials
Office & Facilities Coordination
-
Oversee general office administration , including reception duties
-
Manage office supplies, equipment, and coordination with service vendors

Process invoices and track expenses in SAP/OnBase
-
Assist HR with onboarding and offboarding of local staff
Travel & Expense Management

Coordinate travel bookings, visas, and accommodation for the sales team

Process expense claims and reimbursements in line with company policies
Profile
Skills & Experience Required: ✔ Administration & Coordination: Experience in sales administration, office coordination, or similar roles
✔ CRM & Data Management: Proficiency in SAP, Dynamics CRM, Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote)
✔ Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
✔ Time Management & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔ Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality work
✔ Team Player: Positive, self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
✔ Marketing & Sales Support (Desirable): Experience in supporting sales/marketing teams with campaign coordination
