Your new role
You will be supporting the sales team with a range of administrative and customer-focused duties, such as:

  • Assist customers via phone and email, answering queries, providing product knowledge and resolving issues
  • Process sales orders, ensuring strong accuracy
  • Prepare quotes for customers and follow up when required
  • Data entry and database management
  • Develop strong product knowledge
  • Ad hoc duties as required


What you'll need to succeed
Your administration experience will be highly beneficial, as well as;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience on ERP systems
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • Great initiative and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of manufacturing and logistics industry


What you'll get in return

  • $60,000 - $70,000 + Super (Dependent on experience)
