Your new role
You will be supporting the sales team with a range of administrative and customer-focused duties, such as:
- Assist customers via phone and email, answering queries, providing product knowledge and resolving issues
- Process sales orders, ensuring strong accuracy
- Prepare quotes for customers and follow up when required
- Data entry and database management
- Develop strong product knowledge
- Ad hoc duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
Your administration experience will be highly beneficial, as well as;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience on ERP systems
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisation and time management
- Great initiative and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of manufacturing and logistics industry
