About the PracticeAt Minds & Hearts, we provide professional support and assistance for individuals living with neurodiverse conditions, through Psychology, Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy. We also share our extensive expertise in the area of neurodiversity with professionals, educators, parents and people alike to encourage understanding and acceptance of neurodiverse populations.
We provide services to the diverse presentations outside of the neurotypical population, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder (Asperger’s Syndrome), Disrupted Attachment, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Communication Disorders, Learning Disorders, Motor Disorders and Intellectual Disabilities.

Our clinic is located in Stones Corner, Brisbane. Public transport is readily available, as are convenient all-day parking options for both. Close to cafes, parks and the Brisbane CBD, we are ideally located for staff and clients alike.
About the RoleWe have a full-time positions available for an Administration Officer to come on board.
The role will involve:
- Performing administrative functions including answering enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face; booking and rescheduling of appointments; taking payments
- Providing support to the Practice Manager
- Manage high volume and diverse clerical workload
- Supporting clinicians in our allied health team
- Following clinic processes using various systems
The successful applicant would be available 5 days per week for the full-time position.
