We are seeking a full-time Reception Supervisor to manage daily operations within the department, ensuring efficiency, supervising team members (Reception, Concierge and Courtesy Bus), monitoring performance, providing coaching, and offering necessary support.

As the Reception Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the club business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and managing Reception Team, ensuring they provide high-quality customer service to members, guests, and visitors.
- Addressing and resolving any issues or concerns raised by reception staff, providing support, guidance, and fostering a positive work environment to ensure team morale and efficiency.
- Ensuring that all customers are greeted warmly, inquiries are handled promptly, and any issues or concerns are addressed in a professional manner.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling, maintaining records, and coordinating communication within the team.
- Ensuring that the reception area is maintained in a clean and organised manner.
- Assisting with member sign-ups, renewals, and maintain up-to-date member information in the club’s database.
- Ensuring that all club policies, safety procedures, and compliance regulations are communicated and adhered to by staff and visitors.
- Providing regular reports on front desk activities, including member feedback, operational challenges, and suggestions for improvements.
- Preparing monthly membership reports
- 2-3 years experience in supervisor or team leader role in the Hospitality Industry
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA)
- A strong knowledge of hospitality operations and/or Certificate IV in Hospitality (Supervision)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
- A team player attitude with demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to work a flexible roster including nights and weekend shifts
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Ms Excel)
