About the Role
We are seeking a Caretaking Operations Support professional to assist in maintaining, managing, and coordinating caretaking obligations across our expanding portfolio. This role ensures compliance with Caretaking Agreements, liaises with body corporates, residents, and contractors, and provides operational support to maintain Azure Living’s high standards.
- Work closely with the Head of Caretaking, receiving hands-on training and support.
- Receive support from our Caretaking Administrator and work closely with the Caretaking Team Leader, who oversees on-the-ground staff and maintenance onsite.
- Balance office-based work and on-site visits, providing variety and engagement.
- A structured onboarding program and templated workflows to ensures a smooth transition into the role.
This is a newly created position and an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in maintenance management/coordination, building management, or property management.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure alignment with caretaking agreements & obligations, maintenance regulations, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, liaising with caretakers, trades, and body corporates.
- Maintain records and manage workflows, ensuring timely completion of tasks in line with agreements.
- Engage with stakeholders regularly, providing updates, reports, and resolutions.
- Support the Head of Caretaking & collaborate with the Caretaking Team Leader, focusing on operational caretaking duties while enabling leadership to drive business growth.
- Experience in maintenance management, building management, property management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to manage a high volume of maintenance matters across multiple complexes while ensuring compliance.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., PropertyMe) is desirable.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong communication and organisational skills.
