We have two Sales Associate roles available:
- Full-Time Sales Executive (38 hours per week)
- Part-Time Sales Executive (Flexible 2-4 days per week)
Both roles require availability every second weekend on a rotating roster, with structured work schedules to support work-life balance.

It’s a busy Saturday morning at The Living Room’s Launceston Superstore. A customer walks in, looking for the perfect statement piece for their home. You greet them with a warm smile, listen to their vision, and guide them through the curated selection of premium furnishings.
In your first few weeks, you’ll immerse yourself in product knowledge, work closely with the sales and marketing teams, and contribute to The Living Room’s new premium retail experience.
But this isn’t just about selling.
You’ll play a key role in The Living Room’s brand evolution, helping to implement new customer engagement strategies and ensuring the business continues to compete with Melbourne and Sydney market standards.
What You’ll Do
- Provide expert customer advice on home styling and furniture.
- Engage in consultative selling, building strong customer relationships.
- Assist with store presentation and merchandising, supporting a premium brand experience.
- Support management in implementing new branding and customer experience strategies.
- Stay informed on interior trends and product launches to provide expert guidance.
What You Bring
- A passion for home décor and interior styling.
- A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills.
- Professional presentation and the ability to engage high-end clientele.
- Experience in real estate or interior design (valued but not required).
- A collaborative approach—you thrive in a team-focused, people-first environment.
- Availability for a rotating roster, including every second weekend.
