About the Role :
Join our vibrant team at a busy caravan park in a picturesque seaside community . We're looking for dedicated Caravan Park Assistant or Couple to share the role working across Reception and Housekeeping , as well as cover for the manager’s days off . You’ll be assisting visitors traveling through the region, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the park runs smoothly!
Key Highlights :
- Full-time hours (or part-time for couples who want to share the role)
- Workdays : Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
- ⏰ Immediate Start (ASAP)

Casual Level 2
- Monday-Friday : $31.23/hr
- Saturday : $37.47/hr
- Sunday : $43.72/hr
- Accommodation Options available, or a powered site if you're traveling with your own caravan!
- Reception : Welcome guests, handle arrivals, departures, and phone reservations
- Admin : Assist with general office duties
- Cleaning : Maintain cabins and public areas to ensure a pristine environment
- Customer Service : Offer top-notch service to our visitors
- After-hours Callouts : Assist when needed
- Manager Support : Step in on the manager's days off
- Other duties as required
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be flexible and willing to work across various areas of the business
- Minimum 6-month commitment (Longer-term is preferred)
