Are you an experienced Applications Analyst with a knack for building relationships and solving complex problems?
As an Applications Analyst at the City of Charles Sturt, you’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing their Enterprise Applications (including ERP systems like TechnologyOne). Your expertise will help shape the future of their IT operations while supporting a diverse and vibrant community.
What Are They Looking For?
You are:
- An expert in configuring, administering, managing, and maintaining Enterprise Applications (particularly ERP systems such as TechnologyOne).
- Skilled in complex analysis and design activities and have a strong ability to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges.
- Able to communicate effectively and document your work clearly.
- Experienced in SQL Server , MS SSRS Reports , and have a strong foundation in C# and VB.NET programming.
- Comfortable working in MS Visual Studio and have experience with database management, coding, and integrations.
- Well-versed in cloud migrations and able to transfer ERP applications to cloud environments (highly advantageous).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support and guidance for ERP systems, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.
- Undertake in-depth technical analysis and troubleshoot custom applications, integrations, and scripts.
- Test and validate changes , ensuring seamless integration between systems and processes.
- Develop future-proof integrations to streamline operations and minimize rework.

About You: You’ll bring:
- The ability to build relationships and provide innovative solutions to meet business needs.
- Deep technical analysis and troubleshooting skills for complex applications, integrations, and systems.
- A proven ability to develop and maintain future-proof integrations between ERP and cloud applications.
- A formal qualification in IT, Software Engineering, or Computer Science , or equivalent experience.
