About the Role
As a 2IC in our thriving NDC North Adelaide Village practice, you’ll play a key role in providing high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. You will work closely with the Practice Manager and support each other to ensure the smooth running of the practice. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.
Skills & Experience
You have:
- Must have Dental experience
- Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - desirable
You are:
- Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
- An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with high attention to detail
- Extremely organised, possessing strong time-management and administration skills
- Confident at following guidelines and direction, multi-tasking, and working within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
