Now, we’re looking for a high-energy, strategic, and people-focused Head of Sales to lead our team and drive the next stage of our growth.

About You

You’re a dynamic sales leader with a passion for driving business growth, leading teams, and building strong client relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer base.
  • Using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Fostering a positive and results-driven team culture.
  • Setting clear goals and KPIs, providing ongoing coaching and support.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Driving customer satisfaction through exceptional service and tailored solutions.
  • Representing the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.

Sales Performance & Strategy Alignment

  • Analysing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Preparing and presenting comprehensive sales reports to senior management.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Leadership & Business Support

  • Supporting the General Manager with team leadership and business operations.
  • Contributing to strategic planning, innovation, and long-term business growth.
