Description:

An exciting role within a commercial cleaning business experiencing exponential growth. Based in the Eastern suburbs with a client portfolio consisting of some of South Australia’s most iconic brands.

The Position:

We are looking for a Administration Manager to assist our team.

The successful candidate will be customer service-focused, with demonstrated time-management, and organisational skills in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client and Supplier liaison
  • Assisting Directors and operations team
  • Manage a spectrum of general office tasks, including vehicle and asset management, office supplies procurement, uniform distribution, coordinating team meetings.
  • Office management
  • Maintain business registers, filing and documentation
  • Point of contact and drafting communication for Directors
  • Diary management of Directors
  • Weekly executive meetings
  • Marketing assistance
  • Event coordination
  • Customer relations and Sales Support; onboarding and off boarding, operational administration assistance
  • Quote preparation
  • Tender application assistance
  • Weekly support to accounts for Contractor invoicing.

What we look for:

  • 2+ years experience as an Administration Assistant or Manager or in a substantially similar role
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Motivation to get things done quickly without forsaking accuracy
  • Strong customer service & communications skills.
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
  • Be a diligent operator with a high degree of numeracy and ability to negotiate and solve problems.
  • Able to work well independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated, relevant experience in an environment where frameworks, structures, registers and policies drive the administrative activities of the business.
