Are you organised, personable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a dedicated Admin/Receptionist to join our team. This role is pivotal in the day-to-day operations of the branch, all while being the welcoming face of our company to clients and visitors!

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to anyone that visits the branch
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Handling correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments of our job seekers
- Assisting in the creation of resumes for our job seekers, so they’re ready for any job opportunities
- Supporting administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing.
To be considered you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a team environment
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to complete and pass a National Police Check & Working with Children Check
