Established in 1982, Mister Doors is a family owned and operated South Australian business. We specialise in the manufacture of high quality metal door frames, timber & specialty doors for the commercial/residential building industry and the high security sector.

An opportunity currently exists for a competent and experienced Marketing and Admin Coordinator to join our team. The role ensures smooth running of our company’s office and contributes in driving sustainable growth and Brand Awareness.

This position plays an important role in assisting with the day to day running of our office and rolling out a marketing strategies and plan Reporting to the Director, BDM and Accounts Manager, the Marketing and Admin Coordinator will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors, answer and respond to calls and emails, deliver and manage our marketing plan.

We are looking for qualified candidates who will be energetic, positive outlook with a can-do attitude. The candidate will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.

They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing and preparing documents
  • Coordinate office activities under the direction of the Director and Finance Manager
  • Manage all phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) in a professional and timely manner
  • Perform basic accounting tasks under the direction of the Finance Manager
  • Assist with AR/AP
  • Create job invoicing and entry of in incoming bills etc
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as required
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Ensure all proposals are formatted and comply with company brand guidelines, client requirements and follow internal quality guidelines
  • Support the business with all adhoc administration requirements including the collection and entry of company data
  • Create Marketing/strategy Plan and execute with the General manager and BDM Manager
  • Create internal and external literature for distribution on company products
  • Assist with updating and managing company website
  • Work across other business entities to help deliver marketing plans.
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), including scheduling content creation with team members and customers.
  • Plan and execute SMS and email marketing campaigns.
  • Provide analytical reporting on marketing campaign performance and lead generation.
  • Oversee Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the BDM to create and implement effective marketing strategies and Plan
  • Ensure all digital marketing platforms and content are up-to-date.
  • Design and produce business artwork while maintaining consistent branding.
  • Manage and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment working to strict deadlines.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • Ability to complete basic administrative tasks with minimal supervision
  • Experience in accounting suites such as MYOB and Xero
  • Qualifications in secretarial/Marketing studies
  • Ability to work both as part of a strong cohesive team and autonomously as the role requires
  • Analytical and creative mindset to approach challenges and opportunities effectively.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong understanding of branding.

Office hours are flexible -Full Time or Part Time
