Position: Risk Assessment and Management Framework (RAMF) ChampionStatus: Permanent Full Time
Annual Salary: $86,272.01 - $90,797.88 (inclusive of all allowances/loadings), plus superannuation
Qualification : Relevant qualifications in Social Services, specifically relating to the prevention of domestic, family and sexual violence (DFSV)

- Support the implementation of the RAMF into organisational policy and procedure to improve DFSV responses of universal services.
- Provide training to Northern Territory staff to ensure their understanding of RAMF and ensure that it is embedded in not just policy but practice NT wide
- Support with targeted, affective and supportive outreach programs in remote communities where required
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Live in or willing to move to Darwin, NT
- Relevant qualifications in Social Services, specifically relating to the prevention of DFSV
- Current NT Working with Children Check
- Satisfactory National Police Clearance
- Ability to travel
- Experience in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and high level of cultural intelligence
- Organisational skills including general organising, planning, time management, scheduling, coordinating resources and meeting deadlines
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of, and commitment to comply with the organisation’s code of ethics, vision (spirit), policies and procedures and to support the organisations culture
- Experience in building successful relationships with staff, families and community
