Key Responsibilities:
?? Develop and deliver program-specific training, including designing content and schedules
?? Coordinate internal and external training activities from request to completion
?? Identify required certifications, licenses, and mandated training for program-specific positions
?? Maintain training and certification records in HR systems
?? Manage relationships with training providers, evaluating options and securing preferred providers
?? Develop and implement annual training schedules and associated policies
?? Support employees and managers with training and certification requirements
?? Administer and proctor online standardized exams (PearsonVue)
?? Promote and maintain health and safety compliance in the workplace
?? Provide general administrative support for training-related tasks
What You'll Need:
? Experience in training coordination, learning & development, or HR support
? Strong organizational and administrative skills
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
? Experience with PearsonVue exam proctoring (desirable)
? Understanding of workplace health and safety compliance
