We are seeking a friendly, confident and detail focused individual to join our customer service and operations teams .
The role is a customer service and logistics focused position. It is varied and challenging, therefore we are seeking someone who can move between tasks throughout the day, with ease. Confidence on the phone is a must, as the role handles both incoming and outgoing calls. Experience in CRM’s / computer programmes is essential.
As a guide the duties involve:
Working closely with our Operations Manager to assist with various tasks, including but not limited to:
- Scheduling freight bookings and our fleet service and repairs
- Allocating purchase orders
- Liaising with our service providers for purchase orders and delivery dockets
- Calendar management
Working closely with our Customer Service and Admin teams:
- Actively communicating with our diverse customer base, both inbound and outbound calls and emails
- Being able to roll from one call or email to another, without losing focus
- Problem solving by working towards a resolution that meets everyone's expectations
Successful applicants will possess the following:
- An exposure to logistics – such as booking freight
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Good computer literacy and exposure to different platforms and programmes
- Exceptional attention to detail
- The drive to work unsupervised and within in a small team
- Positive can-do attitude and energy
Full training on our CRM systems and internal processes will be provided.
