About the Role:
As an Administrator/Coordinator , you will play a key role in supporting our delivery processes, managing documentation, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely and efficient vehicle handovers. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete
- Liaise with internal teams, transport providers, and customers to schedule and track deliveries
- Maintain records, update systems, and process paperwork efficiently
- Assist in resolving delivery-related queries and ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Support the delivery team with administrative tasks and workflow management
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have a manual driver's license
