The Role
The Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) is the central security vetting agency for the Australian Government and plays a crucial role in safeguarding Australia’s national interests and protecting sensitive information from potential threats. AGSVA Customer Service is seeking highly motivated individuals to support a broad range of customers throughout the security clearance process.
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Delivering a range of services to ensure AGSVA meets its Service Level guidelines.
- Delivering high level customer service.
- Contributing to a supportive team environment with an open communication culture.
- Escalating complex customer issues in a timely manner.
- Identifying areas for improvement, and driving innovation.
- Producing reports and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
About our Team
As part of the AGSVA Customer Services (ACS) team, you will be responsible for responding to stakeholder enquiries via phone and email and completing transactional tasks related to security clearances.
The role is fast paced, comprising complex tasks and responsibilities in a challenging and rewarding environment. The ACS Team is geographically dispersed across Canberra and Adelaide.
AGSVA offers the potential for flexible working arrangements, whilst aligning with our Contact Centre’s requirements, operating between 8:30am and 5:00pm (EST) Monday to Friday excluding national public holidays.
