Retirement Village Sales Consultant - Heathcote

Are you a Retirement Village Sales Consultant with aged care experience looking for a rewarding new opportunity?

We are looking for a special kind of person – a St Vincent’s kind of person. Someone who puts compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.

An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate Retirement Village Sales Consultant at St Vincent’s Care Services, Heathcote (John Paul Village).

Reporting to our NSW Admissions Manager, you will drive occupancy levels by actively promoting our services to consumers and their families, health professionals and referral partners. Partnering with individuals and their families to help them navigate retirement living system and identify products and services that are most suitable to their needs and wants.

With your knowledge of aged care and sales background, you will build trust and confidence in SVCS as a preferred provider of retirement living services in the local community. You will collaborate with wider Consumer Experience team to assist with regular community and networking events to promote St Vincent’s Care Services and the retirement village portfolio, as part of a holistic offering.

Things that work for us:

  • Previous experience working in Retirement Living is desirable.
  • Customer service focused with some sales experience will be an advantage.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word and excel) and experience in various CRM’s and databases.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload and achieve objectives.
  • Ability to maintain collaborative and effective relationships with multidisciplinary team members.
  • Confident communication style with a supportive and compassionate nature.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • High level of financial literacy and strong sales process focus.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques to attract and engage consumers.
  • Full driver’s license.
  • National Police Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
