Are you a strategic HR professional passionate about partnering with leaders to create high performing, engaged teams? Munro Footwear Group (MFG) is looking for a People Manager, to join our People Experience team, where you'll play a key role in shaping our people strategy and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities
* Partnering with leaders to provide trusted advice and coaching on all people-related matters, balancing individual and business needs
* Managing complex ER cases, including investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes
* Driving key people initiatives, from organisational design to remuneration and benefits, fostering a strong company culture
* Championing talent development, engagement, and performance to build a thriving workforce
* Leading People Projects and continuously enhancing HR frameworks, policies, and processes
About You
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or a relevant field
* Prior experience as an HR/P&C Business Partner or HR/P&C Advisor
* Experience with managing ER cases end-to-end
* Experience in People Partnering including organisational design, performance & talent development, engagement, capability, project management and/or remuneration & rewards
* Experience working within the retail industry, preferred but not required
* Ability to build trusted working relationships across the business
