We have an opportunity for a proactive Retail Manager to join our highly regarded ISPT Retail Property team. In this key role, you will support our Precinct General Manager in the day to day operations, administration and overall management of a portfolio of retail centres. The focus will be to ensure the efficient operation of the Centre and maximise profitability through operational excellence, lease management and marketing initiatives.
Here’s a snapshot of your day;

• Support the Precinct General Manager with the day-to-day management of the shopping centres including finance, tenant liaison, lease administration, as well as general office administration duties.
• Act as a point of contact for all supplier, tenant, and customer related queries
• Assist with contractor services relating to minor repairs and maintenance and monitoring the vendor performance
• Maintain the lease management and tenancy schedule and assist with general administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owners and the tenants
• Submission of reports on operational excellence, tenant feedback and key metrics
• Execute promotional campaigns and events designed for the retail centres

Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;

• Extensive demonstrated experience in retail lease administration, with a passion for the retail property industry
• Experience within accounts receivable and system lease administration functions of the Retail industry
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues
• Being proactive, showing initiative and having very good attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisational skills and the capability to manage multiple projects independently.
