Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements pertaining to payment processing systems.
- Analyze existing payment workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement optimized payment solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging payment technologies.
- Support technical teams by providing clear specifications and ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Assist in the testing and validation of new payment solutions to ensure they meet requirements and user expectations.
- Provide training and support to users regarding new payment systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in the payments or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of payment processing systems, methods, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively evaluate complex data.
- Proficient in using business analysis tools for requirement gathering and process mapping.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
