Salary: $72,152.53 - $115,218.98 (dependant on qualification) + super

About the role

  • Mental Health Worker with the Community Mental Health Team with acute care and triage service.

  • Providing support to individuals with multiple complex needs including mental illness, drug and alcohol issues and homelessness.

  • Planning, assessment and implementation of treatment for those experiencing an acute mental health crisis/post discharge follow up.

  • 7-day roster with morning and evening shifts.

  • One additional day off per month.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience working in mental health preferably within the community.

  • Demonstrated person centred care collaborating with community-based resources including NGOs, GPs, NDIS etc. in a recovery-based framework.

  • Current unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence

  • Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
