The Role
Are you a customer service superstar? If so, we want you on our team!
Central Coast Leagues Club is looking for a full-time Customer Experience Coordinator to be the friendly face of our venue, assisting patrons by ensuring every customer receives accurate information, timely assistance and a welcoming experience whether in person, over the phone or online.
What You Will Do
- Host, promote and assist in the organisation of our promotions, including raffles, event days, and member's draws.
- Support the operations of the club by stepping in as needed
- Working with the management team in improving member's interaction with our rewards program
- Create new engaging promotions and initiatives for our patrons.
- Champion customer service in all Club areas.
- Take the initiative to build rapport with our patrons and encourage feedback.
About You
- A confident and resilient individual with exceptional customer service skills
- A background in customer service/sales; experience in hospitality industry is desirable.
- Must be available nights and weekends to work a rotating roster throughout the Club's operating hours.
- Excellent personal presentation and communication
- Must be comfortable on a microphone and reasonably adept in technology.
- Hold RSA, RCG and ARCG
