We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and skilled Multi-Venue Restaurant Manager to join our team and elevate our restaurants to new heights.
Our Gold Coast Airport operation is a multi-venue Food & Beverage diverse hospitality operation including bar, cafe, coffee outlet and restaurant venues
Our venues include:
- Wollumbin Bar & Restaurant. - International.
- Paradox Bar & Restaurant.
- Merlo Coffee
- The Sand Bar
- Social Espresso
- Beach Shack
We are seeking an experienced multi venue manager to head up our Merlo Coffee venue in the Gold Coast Airport, and support our other venues.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Leading by Example: Foster a culture of excellence in service, hospitality, and teamwork
- Ensuring Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly
- Creating Memorable Experiences: Interact with guests, resolve concerns, and make every guest feel special
- Team Development: Train, motivate, and lead staff, ensuring top-tier performance
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgeting, inventory, and cost control measures to maintain profitability
- Collaborative Decision-Making: Work closely with chefs, bartenders, and front-of-house staff to create a cohesive team
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, with a passion for food and hospitality
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure and direct your team in a high-paced environment
- A proactive, positive, and solution-oriented attitude
- Strong business acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A love for creating memorable guest experiences and leading a team to success
Requirements
- 2 years experience in a Food & Beverage, Cafe, or Bar management role
- Food Safety Supervisor and RSA Certificate (essential)
- Passion and customer focus: we expect you to have a genuine passion and interest in food and understand that our customers are number one
- Leadership: you must have strong leadership skills
This role is available for an immediate start for the right candidate.
