As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Paraplanner to join our team and potentially take up a leadership role in the future.

About You and the Role:
This is a rare opportunity for a career paraplanner passionate about strategy, compliance, and delivering exceptional client outcomes. You will work closely with our financial advisers, Paraplanners and CSO's, contributing to a highly collaborative team. You will have a growth mindset and happy to be a leader to junior staff if needed but not a requirement.
You'll be doing:
• Creating high-quality SOA and ROA documents that align with strategic financial advice.
• Assisting in strategy development and ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
• Building strong client relationships as a key liaison in their financial journey.
• Ensuring compliance excellence, maintaining gold-standard documentation and adherence.
• Collaborating internally with our advisers and management and externally with key partners to facilitate smooth operations.
What we would like to see:
• Minimum 5 years of paraplanning experience.
• Strong technical expertise in financial planning, strategy, and compliance.
• Experience with in one of the following; Xplan, Midwinter (AdviceOS), AdviserLogic, and Office365 (preferred but not essential).
• A detail-oriented, personable, and proactive professional who thrives in a team setting.
