About the position:
The Project Officer position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Principal Architect, and support to projects within the Place Branch.
- This is a temporary part time position based in Toowoomba’s CBD until September 2026.
- The annual salary range for this position is $44,564.33 - $47,976.46 gross per annum (pro rata of full time hours), plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.
- This position will work 21.75 hours per week.

How to be successful in this position:
Qualification(s), training and/or experience, specific to the role:
- Currently studying in an area relating to the built environment, architecture or heritage such as Architecture, Built Environment, History or Archaeology.
- A combination of experience, qualification, and competence in Business Administration, which enables the incumbent to perform all responsibilities of the position.
- Current ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence.
