A highly sought after opportunity has arisen in our security team and as a result we are seeking a hard working and highly motivated individual to fulfil the role of Security Team Manager.
What does the role look like?
You'll be a hands-on leader, driving your team to be supportive, efficient and effective. You'll directly implement our security plan, making sure tasks are assigned and prioritised, and you'll make the tough calls when needed. Your focus will be on minimising risk by ensuring we follow all the rules and regulations. You'll embody our company's culture and values through your leadership, and you'll be ready to handle any emergency. We need someone with proven management experience in a compliance-driven setting.
About You…
You will be someone who's great at negotiating and stay cool under pressure. This is a full time, salaried position therefore availability to work over a 24/7 roster is essential.
