About the Role
This is an outstanding career opportunity for an experienced Project Manager (HME Maintenance) with a strong background in open-cut mining. In this leadership role, you will oversee critical operations at the Dawson Mine, working with world-class heavy mining equipment, including the Liebherr R996 Excavator and a fleet of Komatsu 830E Dump Trucks.
As a key player in our team, you will drive project success by ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high safety standards, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while prioritizing safety
- Lead and develop a high-performing, solutions-focused team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive project success
- Collaborate with National Group leadership and on-site stakeholders
- Uphold operational standards and ensure compliance with industry best practices
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent in a HME maintenance environment
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, safety-driven teams
- Strong technical knowledge and site experience with Ultra-Class mining equipment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with teams, clients, and management
- Commercially savvy with a strategic mindset
