ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Relationship Manager, you will deliver outstanding customer service while fostering relationships and connections with a designated portfolio of clients to drive client retention. You will identify opportunities for growth in volume, units, and products within the current customer base and offer valuable insights to help your clients manage their fleets effectively and safely. This position is fully remote.
You will make an impact through:
- Conducting regular strategic reviews to create value for the client (insight generation and action) and uncover growth opportunities (we have amazing technology and data to help you with this)
- Helping customers understand Custom Fleet's products and technology
- Championing commercial excellence with salesforce and account planning disciplines to build productivity and effectiveness
- Preparing business proposals, presentations, and tender submissions for prospective clients
- Proactively managing Account Replacement Plans and Vehicle Optimisations (Modifications)
- Working collaboratively with customers to develop and agree on an Account Plan which will define what success looks like for each customer in 12, 24 and 36 months
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will present with the following background and skills:
- Proven expertise in customer relationship management and sales, with a focus on understanding client needs
- Strong financial acumen, capable of engaging with CFOs at large private and public prospects
- Skilled in deal structuring and resolving delinquency issues
- Excellent problem-solver, overcoming obstacles and addressing complex business challenges
- Detail-oriented, with strong time management and prioritization skills, and a team player who connects across all business levels
