We are open to a part-time to full-time position with flexibility of working hours and working remotely.
The principal function of the role is to prepare Statements of Advice for clients. Strategies will include investment advice, tax planning, gearing, superannuation, insurance, retirement planning and estate planning.
You would be working with an experienced advisor team to develop personalised strategies for each client. You would be responsible for product and strategy research, scenario modelling and formulation of advice.
The role includes responsibility for compliance oversight of the of the paraplanning team, keeping abreast and communicating both legislative and licensee change to the team and amending procedures as required.
The successful applicant will work closely with other paraplanners.
Key requirements Financial Planning and paraplanning experience Effective SOA Writing abilitiesAnalytical skills and strategy development experienceStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyRelevant certifications such as CFP or Diploma of Financial Planning are preferred
