Core Talent are seeking an experienced SMP (Structural, Mechanical & Piping) and E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) Supervisor to join our team for an ongoing project in Darwin . - Lead and supervise SMP and E&I crews to ensure project milestones are met
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to optimize productivity
- Ensure all work is completed to project specifications and within schedule
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
- Proven experience as an SMP and/or E&I Supervisor in the oil & gas sector
- Strong knowledge of structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation work
- Ability to manage teams and liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve on the go
