As Admin Print Room Officer, you will be responsible for providing quality, timely and efficient output of document production (either electronic or hard copy) as well as ensuring the safe and timely delivery of documents and parcels in and around the Perth CBD while providing exceptional customer service. You will achieve this by working within your team but also independently on a range of tasks from pagination and printing to photocopying and scanning. In this role you will also:

· Log and action requests through our Job Management System

· Liaise with our clients to better understand their requirements and provide support where necessary

· Create cost estimates by assessing hardcopy/electronic data


This is a casual role which means you will be called in on an as needed basis.

The successful candidate in this role will be passionate in delivering quality service to our clients. You enjoy being part of a team, have flexibility to help and have exceptional organisation and time management skills. You will also have:

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

· Solving problems by understanding client requirements and creating high quality document solutions

· Demonstrable patience under pressure and the ability to handle routine work independently

You must have full working rights in Australia and will be required to undergo pre-employment checks including a national police check.


Please note that this is an entry level role, covered by the Legal Services Award.
