About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will play a key role in attracting and securing top talent to support our rapidly growing business. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, you’ll manage the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver the best hiring outcomes. In addition to recruitment, you’ll assist with key HR administrative tasks, contributing to broader people and culture initiatives. This role is perfect for someone passionate about talent acquisition and looking to build a career in HR within a dynamic and evolving organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job ad creation, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and People and Culture Business Partners to understand talent needs and ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and people and Culture Business Partners to support workforce planning and deliver the best hiring outcomes.
- Oversee multiple open vacancies, prioritising tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with the broader People & Culture team on broader people initiatives and contribute to the overall People Strategy.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data management and reports within HR systems.
- Provide relevant administrative and operational support to the People & Culture team as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Recruiter/TA Officer or in an HR environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in relevant HRIS supported talent acquisition processes.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to problem-solve, make informed decisions, and ensure accuracy in HR processes.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team, building positive relationships across the organisation.
