What You’ll Be Doing
As a key player in our People & Culture team, you’ll:
- Own the recruitment process – from job ads to interviews to onboarding new talent.
- Support L&D initiatives – assist with training programs, e-learning modules, and employee development.
- Engage with stakeholders – work closely with hiring managers and employees to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Make an impact – contribute to HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and process improvements.
- Grow with us – receive mentoring, professional development, and opportunities to shape your career in HR.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources
- A passion for recruitment, learning, and employee engagement
- Strong communication skills – you’re confident presenting and building relationships across a diverse workforce.
- Organised and adaptable – you thrive in a fast-paced environment. Technically competent – experience with Microsoft 365, HRIS (like Employment Hero), and LMS
