Are you a dedicated, bold, and resilient individual? We are on the lookout for a committed Customer Service Officer who embodies these qualities to serve as the primary liaison for both internal and external customers. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, as a Customer Service Officer, you will play a pivotal role in addressing, resolving, and documenting customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints, all contributing to the enhancement of our service quality.
A day in the life of a Customer Service Officer…
- Serve as the initial point of contact for internal and external customers, reflecting our dedication to top-tier customer service.
- Address, resolve, and meticulously document various customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints, thereby driving continuous service quality improvement.
- Extend valuable administrative support across the broader team, ensuring the consistent and accurate application of policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify incidents and requests that require escalation, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experience which will make you stand out…
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance and services delivery within a large property portfolio.
- Experience in disability or related sector (such as Human Services).
- Previous experience using software platforms, bonus point for property platforms.
- Sound computer literacy, confidence adopting systems and technology.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite – primarily Excel and Outlook.
- Resilience, boldness, and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively handle customer interactions.
- Proficiency in adhering to policies and procedures, ensuring consistent and accurate execution.
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment and escalate matters when appropriate.
