About the Role:
In this varied and rewarding position, you'll be the go-to for organisational support - working across internal communications, member services, and corporate functions. You'll report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and collaborate with the wider management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team and wider organisation
- Manage and triage email enquiries, ensuring they're directed to the correct team
- Support the Membership Team by handling member queries and complaints with calm professionalism
- Assist with data extraction, reporting, and document management
- Contribute to maintaining internal systems including QMS (Quality Management Systems)
- General office tasks including document formatting, e-signatures, and PDF conversions
Your Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a call centre , membership organisation, or similar customer-facing role
- Strong interpersonal skills - calm, empathetic, and able to problem-solve over the phone
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 - especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience using Adobe , e-signatures, and converting PDFs to Word
- Confidence with handling data and managing workflow systems like QMS
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and pivot tasks as needed

Salary & Benefits:
- $78,000 - $83,000 p.a. (including 11.5% super)
- Eligible for up to $18,550 in PBI and salary sacrificing benefits
