We are looking for a highly talented Paid Media Manager to join our Brisbane based team and accelerate our efforts as we navigate platform and government regulations to deliver our business goals.

You will be hands-on and deeply involved from strategy, creation and execution, working across a range of paid media channels to connect with customers and introduce them to our clinical solutions and services.

We’re looking for you to harness your superpowers of creative problem solving and results-focused mindset to work across key channels, including paid search, paid social, programmatic display, BVOD and beyond. Yes, keeping a close eye on our current efforts and managing accounts will be essential, but we are keen to test, learn and find those fresh ideas that will deliver big results! And while this is a fresh position, we are keen to find someone who’s keen to progress in their career with us as we grow!

About You!

You’re too humble to say this, but others would call you the sage of paid search and social. You know the digital world is a dynamic one so you’re always keen to learn and invite the opportunity to improve and explore new ways and approaches.

You’ve worked predominantly in paid search and paid social (maybe in-house, maybe at an agency) and are experienced with/are keen to learn other digital and more performance driven traditional media channels.

You pride yourself on keeping current and as a hands-on operator, you can navigate account set-up, management and optimisation with ease, always keeping a keen eye on day to day deliverables but with a vision for the future and bigger strategies.

Key responsibilities:

The key focus of your time to-date will have been digital media with a focus on delivering outcomes from paid search and paid social, designing, building, implementing and optimising campaigns at scale – with the foundations that allow you to slot into the complicated world of health (or be a quick study).

As you’ll play a critical role at the intersection of art and outcome – you’ll need to be able to interpret data and be able to inspire confidence with your communication, organisational and time management skills. You along with support from the rest of the team and selected suppliers will be responsible for large budgets and the associated results from a range of platforms, including:

  • Paid search
  • Paid social
  • Programmatic display
  • Digital Ooh
  • BVOD
  • Print/Ooh/Direct mail
  • Selected traditional media
  • You will also be able to contribute and invited to other areas including;
  • SEO
  • CRM/database engagement/loyalty
  • Automation/A.I.
  • Reporting/analytics/tagging

Requirements:

You will need a comprehensive and demonstrable ability to manage large budgets to deliver outcomes across paid digital performance platforms. We are looking for someone who is self motivated, able to work under pressure within tight deadlines, is a true team player and who has a keen interest in saying across latest media trends and platform changes.

  • +5 years of experience in paid media (paid search & paid social essential)
  • Ability to multi-task within a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work under direction and/or independently, willingness to take ownership of campaigns, projects and paid programs.
  • Confidently build internal relationships, interpret data and communicate with confidence.
  • Comfortable with feedback, change requests, and a dynamically changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and capacity to understand and navigate a regulated environment
  • Very strong organisational and communication skills
  • Love of a collaborative environment and wellness to contribute work outside comfort zone to support marketing team
  • Love for the result – passion for finding unique opportunities to deliver outsized results.
