We’re looking for a dynamic leader to drive growth, engagement, and unforgettable experiences for our passionate Members. From WACA and Perth Scorchers memberships to blockbuster international matches including the Ashes, you’ll develop and execute bold strategies that boost attendance, elevate the member experience, and create a thriving cricket community. Plus, you’ll integrate our new Community Health Club and Aquatic Facility into our membership offering, adding even more value for our loyal family.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of membership and ticketing strategies to drive growth and engagement
- Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities, including ticketing, membership upgrades, and retention programs
- Ensure a high standard of service for all members and fans, creating an outstanding experience
- Oversee membership acquisition, renewal processes, and retention initiatives to enhance long term loyalty
- Manage and optimise ticketing strategies, ensuring seamless event day operations and maximum attendance
- Lead targeted email campaigns and communication strategies to enhance engagement and revenue
- Oversee database integrity, track performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Manage a high performing membership and ticketing team, driving sales and service excellence
- Assist with the General Meetings of the WA Cricket (AGM, SGM), ensure communication is compliant with the WACA Constitution and ASIC (as directed by the Company Secretary) and the annual election of Members to the WACA Board
About you
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Knowledge and experience in membership services
- Experience in developing, driving, and implementing strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives, with a strong ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives that drive revenue growth and engagement
- Exceptional leadership in delivering high quality customer service experiences
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with members, fans, and key stakeholders
- Experience in leading membership and ticketing communication campaigns
- Experience in analysing data to identify trends and opportunities
- Demonstrated competence in conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
- Innovative thinking who can accelerate and diversify the WA Cricket business model
- Excellent time management skills, with ability to prioritise, multitask, and work within deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
