The Role
The Head of Marketing will drive Aruma's strategic marketing efforts, overseeing brand development, audience engagement, and business growth across all service lines. They manage a team, budgets, and external relationships while collaborating with stakeholders to support regional opportunities. By leveraging insights, they develop strategies to enhance brand awareness, attract and retain customers, and achieve revenue goals.
A day in the life of a Head of (Growth) Marketing….
- Provide strategic leadership to maximise marketing spend, achieve commercial objectives, and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and boost customer acquisition and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create a new Customer/Participant Value Proposition and promote Aruma’s service offerings and competitive advantages.
- Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and champion Aruma’s mission and values across the organisation.
- Design and optimise go-to-market plans, marketing collateral, and campaigns to position Aruma as a leading disability service provider that upholds human rights.
What You Need to be Successful in this Role…
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 12+ years of Marketing, Brand, or Communications experience with a digital focus.
- Proven ability to handle marketing in complex environments with multiple products/services.
- Skilled in leading and developing high-performing teams (minimum 3 direct reports).
- Experienced in executive stakeholder management and collaboration with senior leaders.
- Experience in startups or accelerating brand growth in competitive markets.
- Expertise in rebranding or repositioning businesses or products.
- Growth mindset, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution capability.
- Desirable: Knowledge of NDIS funding models.
