Your opportunity

As Marketing Manager, Digital Channels and Campaigns , you will:

Plan, prioritise and execute integrated, scalable digital experiences across Asset Management property websites, apps and CRM platforms that that bring convenience, value and joy to our guests, tenants, partners and end-users.

Contribute to commercial property customer strategy to create a vision for end-to-end experiences, products, services, technology that attract, engage and retain loyal customers.

Map insights and trends to forecast the needs and expectations of the future customer to identify opportunities for innovation and shape the most relevant and resonant experiences going forward.

Ensure the seamless alignment across the teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing digital channels, collaborating with broader Customer and Strategy, Portfolio, Fund, Research and Digital teams to deliver customer and business outcomes, including:
  • Drive a customer-led vision for Asset Management property apps, websites and CRM platforms, informed by an understanding of business strategies and objectives.
  • Deliver the website, app and CRM activation plans for national marketing and customer engagement programs with the focus on amplification of those programs through digital channels to drive high performance and return on investment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, collaborator and subject matter expert on Asset Management property apps, web sites and CRM platforms.
  • Through training, guidelines and process, ensure that asset teams are optimising their website, app and CRM efforts to drive efficiency, exceptional experiences and commercial outcomes.
  • Execute and support the property data strategy and develop a suite of data acquisition, augmentation and personalisation tactics across key digital touch points including WiFi, apps and websites.
  • Manage website, app and CRM projects including requirements gathering, briefing, procurement, planning and ensuring project governance and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Technology team to ensure website, app and CRM development processes are clearly defined.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to define measurable metrics of success, setting KPIs and ROI targets for website, app and CRM activities across the portfolio and manage the regular website, app and CRM reporting.
  • Drive digital marketing innovation and working closely with the Technology team and external partners to acquire and make best use of class-leading marketing technology.
  • Proactively engage with industry bodies, and emerging industry innovative concepts and trends (competitor, internal and external) and communicate outcomes.
  • Provide marketing support to Asset Management stakeholders across key website, app and CRM platforms.

Your point of difference

  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience managing website, app and CRM platforms, enhancement delivery and projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with a range of website/app content management and CRM platforms including Sitecore and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Demonstrated experience of project delivery that has involved collaboration with design, marketing and technology teams.
  • Demonstrated experience translating website, app and CRM reporting into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders in wider Customer and Strategy, Retail Operations and Technology teams.
  • Tertiary qualification in Digital, Business, Customer, Marketing or equivalent is desirable.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to solve problems, improve system and procedural efficiency and effectiveness, and resolve issues as they arise.
