Our opportunity
As Digital Coordinator , you will be responsible for working with the Digital Marketing Intern, Digital Executive & Digital Marketing Project Manager on setting up and maintaining Mirvac’s 30+ residential project websites, assisting with the roll out of new websites & website enhancements, content updates, email marketing & automations, analytics monitoring, social media and SEO optimisation in support of the sales & marketing team.
Additionally, this role will work closely with the Mirvac Residential Marketing Team to provide website training and support across multiple marketing channels, including Sitecore, Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
This is an exciting national role that will give the candidate extensive experience across all things that modern digital marketing entails, providing exposure to emerging digital trends.
Please note that this is a 12-month contract
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Mirvac Residential marketing teams with project website questions and general updates
- Creating new project websites
- Assisting in updating the Mirvac Residential Sitecore user guide where required
- SEO monitoring and technical updates
- Sitecore Training
- Salesforce – working with CRM and Sales team where needed to support in platform
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud – Data Extension creation and email marketing automation work
- Drafting and posting content on Mirvac’s social media platforms
- Monitoring of social media platforms
Your point of difference
To be successful you will have:
- 1 – 2 years of experience in Digital, Content Marketing, or social media, preferred
- An understanding of website analytics, experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console is a plus
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practice
- University bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a similar relevant discipline
- Knowledge of the Digital landscape including trends and best practice
- Content Management System (CMS) experience, preferably Sitecore
- Understanding of email marketing systems and workflows
- Problem solving capabilities with the ability to shift priorities where necessary
- Strong written and verbal skills
