Our opportunity
As Marketing Coordinator , you will assist with the development, market share and profitability of a portfolio.
In this role you will:
· Assist in the preparation, maintenance and monitoring of all marketing campaigns including digital, print and out of home
· Manage online listings and EDMs, incl. editing and preparing imagery for use online
· Assist with database marketing, communication, segmentation and analysis
· Provide support across budgets, project reporting, expense claims and invoicing
· Conduct competitor and customer research, data analysis, reporting, presentations and workshops
· Assist with the planning and logistics project launches and events
· Work collaboratively with internal and external agencies and consultants, and maximise PR and networking opportunities
Your point of difference
To be successful, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications and some experience in marketing or sales. Prior experience with digital and print media, copywriting, event management, and database management is preferred but not essential. You will have an interest in the property sector and possess project management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. You will have experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop), social media platforms, Google Analytics, and EDM systems.
