What will you do?
Our Web Fulfilment team seeks a motivated and experienced self-starter with excellent proofreading and editing skills and attention to detail. The successful applicant will think like a business owner and proof like a pro.
- Proof and edit all website content, ensuring our strict quality standards are maintained
- Ensure content meets the requirements of our clients by reviewing client onboarding information
- Ensure content is Search Engine Optimised
- Deliver a quality end result that aligns with our internal efficiency targets
- Proactively develop and maintain authentic relationships with internal stakeholders across the business
Who are you & what will you bring?
- Exceptional Writing, Editing and Proofreading Skills
- Proficient use of AI software tools (ChatGPT)
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated background in writing and proofing Digital Content that matches the needs of the client, as well as their audience
- Time management proficiency – balancing your time without compromising quality
- Solid Team Player – you collaborate, you speak up, you support the customer vision
- Ensuring content complies with our in-house style guide
- Fact-checking AI-generated content against client-provided information
- Journalism/Communication/Arts degree encouraged but not required
