JCE Windows & Glass is a rapidly growing business. We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Fabricator / Factory Manager to work alongside our busy professional team. Glazing experience is preferred but not essential.

The role includes:
- Attend all meetings and be aware of all jobs that are present and coming up
- Liaising with builders
- Assist Director with jobs keep him informed with what jobs need to be attended to and have files ready
- Managing staff and ensuring jobs are being completed.
- Responsible for factory maintenance and tidiness
- Manufacture aluminum windows and doors
- Fit hardware including door handles and locks
- Install glass into frames where required
- Fabrication of aluminum windows and doors
- Keeping work area clean and tidy
- Cutting and handling of glass in a responsible manner.
- Cutting machining and assembling aluminum windows and doors
- Heavy lifting involved
- On going training provided
- Comprehension of fabrication reports.
To apply you will need:
- Be punctual and have great work ethic
- Minimum 12 months experience
- Be motivated and willing to learn
- Be accurate and have attention to detail.
- Good communication skills
- Be able to work as part of a team and work independently
- Hold a driver's license
