The role
The Novated Leasing Senior Workstream Lead will be integral to the development of Beyond Bank's Novated Leasing product, overseeing project work streams, stakeholder management, and process documentation. They will assist with change management and support system configuration acceptance. Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach are essential for the timely and successful market delivery of the product.
In the role you will
Effectively manage and ensure timely delivery of tasks within specific work streams such as reporting, legal, financial management, operational workflow, system configuration, testing, operational readiness, and deployment.Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather business information, ensuring system configuration meets business requirements and regulatory obligations.Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.Document business processes specific to the novated leasing product.Participate in configuration sprints, user acceptance testing, and both internal and external training sessions.Provide progress and issue reports to the Project Manager, engaging them in issue resolution when necessary.Support the business-as-usual hand-over, ensuring smooth transitions and ongoing operations.
Qualifications
About you
To be successful in the role you will need to be comfortable working in a dynamic and agile environment, able to pivot and adjust to competing priorities. Proven strong communication skills along with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
At least 5 years in the banking and financial services sector, specifically in operations.Experience in policy and procedure development for financial products, aligning to market and within relevant risk appetiteAppropriate understanding of relevant legislation and regulations that governs the specific productProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio for documentation.Demonstrated leadership, negotiation skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
