Who we’re looking for:
FleetPartners is a rapidly growing business delivering unique services to the market and requires a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to sell novated leases to the employees of our clients, manage queries from prospective customers about novated leases and provide solutions that are aligned to the customers’ needs.
As a Novated Leasing Consultant within the Novated Sales team, you will meet individual and team sales targets for both new business and aftermarket sales. Administration, including quoting and retrieving documents related to the sale is required within the role. Consultants also must manage a list of customers who’s leases are coming to an end and offer the end of lease options.
What you’ll be doing:
- Selling Novated leases through a variety of lead sources
- Up-selling and cross-selling Novated products and services via inbound leads
- Keeping accurate records of sales activities within the CRM and reporting all revenue within required timeframes
- Identifying sales opportunities from the existing client’s database
- Attending relevant product and skill courses and passing on relevant points to other Consultants.
- Meet individual monthly sales budgets
- Facilitating end to end customer service from initial enquiry to customer taking delivery of the vehicle, including arranging quotations for the customer, and facilitating credit applications.
- Preparing customers for their end of lease process
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who’s…
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in a Sales role (within a Motor Vehicle Leasing or Financial Services environment or similar preferred though not essential)
- Proven strong sales and presentation skills and displays a high level of verbal and written communication and service skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic sales team environment
- Ability to build rapport quickly and engage with customers
- Ability to effectively communicate, with the ability to convince and pursued customers
- Have an optimistic view and be able to embrace and seek feedback
- Be able to work effectively in a busy, fast paced environment and have a passion for sales
- Enjoy change and be responsive to agile environments
- Have high levels of resilience
- Possess self-confidence to effectively interact with others
- Possess and demonstrate organisation skills
- Ability to comprehend legislation and compliance requirements around Financial products and related Leasing products
- Be influential and demonstrate this by successfully building strong relationships with key stakeholders
