Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Manage the company’s front desk, ensuring it is organised.
- Handle general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate appointments and help schedule meetings for staff.
- Assist with various office tasks and provide support to different departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
